Exceeded expectations - was quick, effective and very handy for people with busy schedules!

It was very relaxed, no different to being in the office with the doctor and I didn't have to drive in and get parking, and then wait!

I thought the virtual [video] experience was excellent. Was very easy and convenient not having to come into the clinic.

I’m a mum of two small children so it was a lot easier to see a doctor in the video call for a relatively simple consult rather than get out of the house with two kids in tow.

It was easy to book an appointment at a time that suits, and the consultations with the doctor were very good - professional, caring and effective for my problem.

I saved on travelling time and it was easier to schedule the appointment around my work commitments.
