How to give feedback

We value your feedback and want to ensure it is handled confidentially. Please email us on [email protected] to share your concerns with our central clinical advisory team. Once we’ve received your feedback, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

Feedback for your medical centre

Please note that we operate independently from The Doctors Medical Centres. If you have feedback for your current practice, please get in touch with them directly via email, phone or in-person. You can search for your practice’s details here.

• The Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC) on 0800 112 233 or follow their process outlined on their website. The HDC is an independent agency that promotes and protects the rights of those who use health and disability services.
