Community Services Card (CSC) Verification – We’ll validate your CSC details against your NHI number. If your card is expired, invalid, or can’t be verified, the standard consultation fee will be charged. We’ll contact you if more information or additional payment is needed prior to your consultation.

Information sharing
We share your consult details with Health NZ for funding, service evaluation, and system planning. This includes your NHI, basic demographics, appointment info, and diagnosis code. When you book an appointment, you can easily pay securely online with a credit or debit card. Please note that any additional services, such as post-consult tests, blood work, medications, or follow-up medical investigations, may incur separate charges from other providers. The Doctors Online consultation fees do not cover pharmacy-related costs, such as script fees.
